GOOD TO KNOW

NEVER TOO LATE TO BE A YOGI

Yoga is suitable for everyone. Whether young or old, thin or thick, beginner or professional. You always do what you can do on the day in question. This is how you achieve your personal goals.

Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your first lesson.

Look forward to a unique experience and an unforgettable experience. Be patient with yourself and your practice.

The process of getting used to the heat of 40 °C or 35 °C usually takes three to five lessons. One should complete at least ten to fifteen lessons within 30 days in order to experience and feel all the benefits - positive qualities.

BEFORE THE LESSON

In peace lies the strength

Haste and hecticness do not go well with Yoga. Especially for the first lesson you should be there early enough to register and get to know the teacher and the studio. Admission is 30 minutes before the start of the lesson at the earliest.

Be in the studio at least 15 minutes before the lesson starts!

First time in and too late?

If you are late the first time, unfortunately we cannot let you join the lesson. It is important that you get to know your teacher beforehand and that you participate from the beginning. Especially the first breathing postures is very important so that you can really take all the benefits of the lesson with you.

Good preparation - more pleasure

At least 2 hours before the start of the lesson you should not eat anything. If it is necessary for health reasons, you can eat masses of easily digestible food such as a banana or yoghurt one hour before the lesson.

Drink plenty of water before you go into Yoga or Pilates. Dizziness, nausea, headaches, sore throats and stiffness can be signs of dehydration.

It is very important to attend the next lesson as soon as possible so that your body can benefit from the beneficial and energizing properties of Bikram Yoga and Hot Pilates. Our tip: Come every day, you will enjoy it and feel the changes.
